I caught myself running up the stairs this morning - and it was after my run and taking the dogs. Is this what fitness feels like. If so I love it π
Run2 of week 7 went well this morning despite the technology trying to put me off again π¬

Isn't it fab when you can feel the difference?
It is. I feel lighter of mind and body π
Fab stuff. Yes it is. I feel your pain with the technology, personally I think it's a conspiracy (and its conspiring to tell me I need a Garmin watch π).
Hubby only recently bought me my snazzy Fitbit but can't help wondering if I too need a Garmin for running. Makes a change from coveting shoes π
Who'd've thought... I invested in an expensive activity tracker which arrived the DAY I started running. Thank goodness for ebay!
Must admit I've been peeking at eBay today. Maybe if I can find a nice cheap one .....π
Fantastic! Those techno-gremlins will try to get in the way occasionally - well done for shrugging them off!
Well done - OldPossum you just dropped that success in neatly at the end!π
Over the hill in the sevens just one more to go to the gate and eights!
It feels great when you suddenly do something with ease - then notice the difference - happy danceπ―π―π― for you!
technology... very unhelpful sometimes...
Brilliant you though! A new woman????
Improving and in better condition than a couple of months ago. Bit like an auto trader ad - quite a few miles on the clock but in pretty good condition π
Not only a speedy oldpossum but a healthier oldpossum too. I love how the less obvious benefits of c25k creep up on you and take you unawares. The programme that keeps on giving. (and it'll be giving you week 8 soon)
Haha after reading this forum for a few months now the garmin is the least of his problems. You'll find lots of interesting "stuff" never before entering your list suddenly becoming top priority including running tops, shoes and basically anything connected with running.
Well done for the second week 7 run and all the best for next week.
But of course, and so the spiral of decline begins...from your hubbys perspective.
