Couch to 5K

Week 9 run 1 done

Did my Week 9 run 1 today. Feel great apart from aching legs ! Just 2 more to do. Will post in future on Bridge to 10K (although may not do full 10K). Aim is to run twice to work 3K there and 3K back. Monday and Friday. On Wednesday (a day off) do at least 5K on my usual laps of lake and increase my speed and distance a little. Am time restricted and so long as achieve my aim to get down to top end of normal BMI (only 4 pounds off now) I will be happy. Like cycling so will but extra efforts into that. Thanks for all your support. This C25K is great !

Sounds like a good plan. You could also check out c25k+ which has three different runs ,with Laura on hand with running tips and advice. After graduation of course..😊😊😊

Thanks all. week 9 run 2 Sunday and run 3 Tuesday. Then stick to my plan . May not post much in future unless I "Fall off the wagon" !
