And a bit more, I did the two lots of 10 minutes yesterday but I was heading into Brighton to meet Mrs J and still had a couple of Kms to go so pressed back on the app and did the last 10 minutes again. Really enjoyed it and clocked up 5k courtesy of the TomTom watch. Looking forward to W6R3 on Tuesday.

Well done for completing the run and it's so tempting to push on when you're feeling good, but we wouldn't be doing our job here if we didn't remind you to take it easy. You don't want to get hurt at this stage.

You must feel great that you know you can reach 5k! No one wants to ruin the excitement and elation of reaching that 5k, but please do go back to the plan as of the next run and increase the runs gradually as risking an injury and being on the injury couch will make you really miserable.

You know you'll be able to reach that 5k in week 9 now - what a great feeling! :)

Sounds like you are doing really well but be careful, you don't want to end up on IC. You are sure to get to the end of the programme now.Enjoy the rest of the journey
