A weird niggle

After my run yesterday I was in the bath and reached forward to get my shampoo, and a muscle in my tummy went into spasm. I had to stand up to ease it, I could actually see it all cramped up in the mirror. I've Googled it (as you do!) apparently it's my Rectus Abdominus. It's still sore today, anyone else had this?

I often get post run cramp in the bath! Usually in my legs though. I take it as a sign that it's cos I put a shift in. If it's hot and you sweated a lot, plus lost calories, it's not surprising that we might get cramp. It soon passes though Curly, and once you have eaten and had a drink you should be restored ☺ If you were running hills I think that does exert the mid section.

Thanks Sonia, this one was so weird I was a bit worried. It's still a little sore now, but I shall try and see how I feel tomorrow. xx

Sounds nasty, but impressive that you could see it! My tummy muscles are a bit too well covered.. 😞 note to self - best do some tummy work ☺
