Week 9 Run 6 = Graduation!

Well I can now say I have graduated C25K.

Completed my 6th run this morning. Did a total of 45 minutes including the 5 mins each end. Completely different route done with quite a few inclines just to make that moRe of a challege.

I am also proud to say I did it without Lauras helping voice, I will still be listening to her when I do the next stages.
