So this morning I completed the final run of week 6 and this time I did smile and feel really pleased with myself at the end!

My goodness it was not easy but this time I was able to keep my pace consistent and not slow down, which for some reason is really important to me, even though I know it's not about anything but keeping going for the time Laura says. I didn't think I was actually going to make it through the last five minutes after a pretty comfy first 20 by comparison (who would have believed I'd be saying that a few weeks ago!!) but here I am, moving onto week 7 on Friday!! I'm so proud :)

Just wanted to share :)

Brilliant, well done for coming so far! I think a lot of people like the continuous running better than the intervals. Just 3 weeks til graduation now! :)
