Did my week 8 run 3 last night. I felt amazing, definitely my best run yet. Felt really strong almost all the way so I am heading into my final week feeling very positive. Having said that I felt pretty much the same for wk8r2.
Never thought I would complete this challenge let alone fall in love with running. Or maybe I just love feeling proud of myself for a change.
I extended my route last night and still finished roughly in the same place so I feel well on course to be able to do 5km in 30 minutes. Maybe not in run 1 or 2 but by 3.
Can't wait!

I 've just written a really miserable post about my W4 R2 today and then I've just read yours and you've really cheered me up. That's why this forum is so great! Well done - sounded like a fab run
Now then, go steady. You are on the cusp of Graduation so take care now to go carefully. Critical time this so be careful out on those last few runs. Enjoy them, savour them, as this is a golden time, it really is 😊
Well done David yes doing this podcast is a challenge but you can also find a new you, you'll look at running in a different way. I'm falling in love with running too and now understand why some people run all the times.
Well done David.😊 Enjoy your graduation week... you are right to feel proud of yourself.. running for 30 mins is amazing and you will smash it. Good luck.😊
