It is raining again, and as I am feeling a little shattered after yesterday's digging, and slab moving, I am browsing running things, as we do... I saw this and thought I would share...

Speak for yourself.. my butt is significantly perter since starting this programme... ( maybe that is just too much information..? )

I even invested in a pair NYDJ's ( in a sale, I hasten to add...)... the benefits of running... amazing
