Finally after 8 weeks of running I can honestly say that running is fun. I started off this program as a way to stay fit, but I hated jogging, now I look forward to it. I don't get tired while running anymore, i manage the 3000m run in gym class without having to walk even being one of the first people to finish. This program has helped me so much and I don't know what I'd do without it!!!! My pace is increasing, I even sprinted the last minute of my run Anybody out there worrying that the running won't get better, believe me it does. Don't give up and just keep moving no matter how slow. Soon enough you will feel like me and start looking forward to your jogs. I can't imagine quitting the program now like so many others have done I hope everybody else is enjoying their running as much as I am xxx
