Well really enjoyed my hour , we did a fitness assessment including fat ( never my best statistic ) , a couple of fitness assessments , balance assesment ( another of my poorer skills ) an assessment for flexibility , and a strength assessment . Seems my hip and shoulder width / shape makes me a natural for running. Even though I'm still overweight . he also checked out my trainers !,
We did a short run while he checked out my style and he then came up with a plan . It includes core stability and strengthening , coordination , balance and running . I'm seeing him again on Sunday morning .
