Since graduating from the c25k programme I have been diagnosed with colitis and have had to stop running whilst I have treatment . I am missing running hugely, especially as it took such effort for me to make the end of the programme. Does anyone have any experience of running with IBD they can share?

I don't have IBD but I do have IBS and other autoimmune symptoms. I'm happy to share my experiences, either via post or PM if it's useful/relatable between IBD and IBS.

My wife has colitis, currently in remission, but it can be really debilitating, I read this in the last day or a so huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/... might be a different approach to exercise. Wishing you well.
