So, went out for my run tonight after work, really enjoyed it. Found myself in some sort of weird meditative trance, just concentrating on my breathing and was in some sort of daze. Anyway I've being doing 5:2 diet as well. I've lost 9lbs in 8 weeks but I'm thinking in that time I must have built muscle so have probably lost a bit more fat. My stomach is much smaller than it was anyway. I love this running lark and I find myself itching to get out there. For anyone who is hesitating JUST DO IT. You won't regret it X
