Graduation Euphoria Returned....

I've just returned from an amazing run. On Tuesday I'd been determined to run up a hill which leads onto another hill then I turn and run up at a different angle, so there are 3 brows, and this is at the end of my run. I've been off running for a while and am trying to ease back gently so had a 2 minute walk before reaching the hill giving me time to prepare, and I conquered it. Today I wanted to try again but without the walk and I did it. :-) The whole run was a dream, I started out slow and steady but felt strong and confident, climbed over the gates, I ran through the cow field with no dramas, ran along the farmers path which he has kindly churned up with his tractor, through puddles as there was no way around them and even thanked ipod girl for her km prompts, with 2 km left I reached the foot of the hill and just knew I was going to make it, up, up and up I went and even finished with a 200m sprint. Gosh, it's good to be back.........

Excellent work, and welcome back. Much more of this and you will need to change your name from 'SlowStart' to 'FastFinish' :-).

Ah, being a country girl you realised it was probably not all rain in those puddles, repeat the running rule...keep your mouth closed when splashing through puddles
