I was very worried about week 5 but today I completed a very wet week 5 run 2. Ran for 8 minutes twice! I did what!!!!! He he he also yesterday I went for a very wet 3.4 mike walk and it felt good. What has happened to me?
Well well well!: I was very worried about week... - Couch to 5K
Well well well!

Yes, it's extraordinary isn't it! It's so good to share all these amazing stories of the difference that this programme makes. Onwards and upwards!

You've definitely got the running bug now
Well done you - I also completed W5 R2 this morning Kaydenmummy.
I wasn't sure I would be able to do it at the first attempt but decided to just go for it as I could always repeat a run if necessary. The first 8 minute run went well and I found my recovery between the two runs was quicker than the 5 minutes allowed, so this was encouraging. The second 8 min run was a little more of a challenge and with 60 seconds left I had to really dig deep to keep going until the end.
All I can think about now is 20 minutes solid running next time...Eek! It's good to know there are others on the same journey as me. I love reading all the posts, it makes me feel part of a special club

You are loving the rain! Well done...you are well and truly hooked! Onward and upward ?

You've been bitten by the running bug Good luck!

Like others, I diagnose a severe case of the running bug :-).
