After two failed attempt of W6R3 today I went out to conquer this run, I told myself off a few times and got prepared, I started at a reasonable slow pace and aimed for 20 minutes was the only way I could get to the end.
Next minute I knew Laura said 12 1/2 minutes half way through, I carried on still aiming for 20 minutes but when she said you've got 5 minutes that was it I was not going to give up I went for it, scanning my body to find any reserve and settle with picturing myself sitting comfortably on the sofa how ironic lol next minute it was all over.
Very happy now I shall go over to W7.
Best of luck to all who are starting or finishing W6.
