I just finished week three tonight too! Go us! Though five minutes running is scary... But I got to week 5 before my injury so I know I can do it. And so will you!!

If you can do week 3 then you can do week 4. Think positive and don't look ahead on the programme! Good luck and I am sure you will soon be posting your Ive achieved it post.

Just take each week and run as it comes and don't forget to rest in between.

I'm at week 6 and each run still feels like a real challenge. I ran for 20 minutes without stopping last week and still can't believe I actually did that! I was always the girl that found a reason not to run and was rather good at avoiding it at all costs! So at 44 the idea of running was more of a fantasy than a likely reality.... But here I am, putting one foot in front of the other and feeling increasingly proud of myself. Go you and don't give up... It's totally worth it x
