So I'm doing W4R1 and I get a stitch...and that Laura, you know what she did, she tells me right then how to get rid of a stitch! I was impressed, very impressed! Oh, and the run was good! All going well.

Yip she's one clever lady.. lol it's more than likely because of the distance you are now running and on average most new runners would experience one at there abouts :)

How do you get rid of a stitch? I ran without Laura at beginning of week 4 so have not had that wisdom. Wonder what else I missed now.😦

The stitch tip is great, I'll never forget that one and it really works too....

Because she's had a stitch right about that week. I've been lucky I haven't had any stitch her advice is to drink water before the run.

Wishing you best of luck with your next run.
