Ok, so up until now I've really enjoyed running. Today I woke up with a really sore throat but thought oh well, it's not going to stop me and went out. I had trouble getting into a rhythm and my legs felt much heavier than usual but I plodded on, strangely I feel more proud of myself that I didn't give in and walk than I have on any other run! And now post run I feel amazing. Just to top it off, a lovely pair of trousers I've been trying to get into for ages now fit beautifully. Thanks to this and the 5:2 diet.

That's great news. Will do that run tomorrow. I have had extra rest days cos have not been feeling too good. But I am keen to get out now and run. Hope your throat is better soon. You must be so proud to get into those trousers. Enjoy wearing them.☺☺
