Low mood today - overcome by run - and completion of W6

I've been feeling really sluggish and down today, but the sun came out late afternoon, so I got my gear on and went out. I wasn't sure this would be a successful run, but I did it - and completed W6R3!

I feel much better for getting out there and proper pleased with myself for achieving another milestone on this journey.

Thanks again to the group for the super support! πŸ‘£πŸ‘£

Well done you! The post run buzz is amazing isn't it? When it is hard to get out of the door, but you do it anyway, it is even better. Keep on running πŸ‘
