I ran for 28 mins! Yes those last 5 minutes were really hard and I did check it was Tarmac I was running on and not treacle as my legs felt as if they were sticking to the ground, either that or I was in a parallel universe where Gravity is much stronger! I was pleased to get it done and seemed to recover fairly quickly afterwards. Not particularly Looking forward to the 2 nd run as that's always my hardest of each week but will approach it with a passive attitude rather than any particular goal in mind. Hope everyone else is having good runs this weekend
W8r1 28 mins!: I ran for 28 mins! Yes those last... - Couch to 5K
W8r1 28 mins!
Well done - you're a week ahead of me. I had a lovely run with my sister along the canal in Woking - great to have a change of scene and a chat along the way!
I know Woking well although now up north. Can picture you running there. I haven't run away from where I live but look forward to being able to and the change of scene must help you not to think about how long you've been running for and how much left to go that competes with Laura's voice in my head!
Well done Tombenoly , you're doing brilliantly. Another run ticked off
Well done x
Well done! You know you can do it now so you can tell those gremlins where to go next run! We're nearly there
