just completed the last run off W7 went really well just a twinge in my knee / shine that I picked up on run 1. The runs are ok but every course I do there are hills, but I don't really want to drive I like the idea of starting and finishing at home. Need to plan next week so I am not running up and down the same road to make up the time

I got a similar problem, living on top of a hill. I think I will be more inclined to do the inclines after week 9.

Well done Ian,

Oh the hills, the hills ! Flippin' nuisances they are !

Hope you find somewhere a bit flatter :-) xxx

Hi Ian I'm in exactly the same position - really not enjoying the hills that I've been doing so far - but don't fancy having to drive somewhere esp as I look a right state at the end!! Hope u get sorted - only 6 to go !!! 👍
