Ran my last run earlier on. Managed to run my first 5k. If someone had told me I would be able to run for 30 minutes in 9 weeks I would have thought they had lost the plot.! Here we are 9 weeks later and I've only gone and done it. I can't stop grinning.π A big thank you to all of you for your encouragement and support, it's what's kept me going. Am still going to run 3 times a week and have a go at PARC run (barcode printing). I want to improve my time and distance but for now I just want to run without the pressure of time and distance, for fun. One very happy and proud 55 year old lady.π΅π
