Just complete W5R3 now I shall gear myself for W6, two days rest then I'll take this challenge.

That's brilliant as this is a biggie, if not THE biggie! Take the next run carefully as many people fnd it hard after the euphoria of the W5R3 run. Just run very slowly and you'll be fine.

Well done! I was advised to be careful on next run and go slow it's a bit of a killer. But you are doing really well and on your way for sure now.
