Week 6 Done

This programme works. Thankfully I have worked out how to get the music to work from the app! I continue to be amazed that I have completed week 6 in 6 weeks. Jo Wiley suggesting a sprint for the last minute; just completing the 25 mins was a huge achievement.

Well done. Hope to be at end of week six by next Sat. A big achievement. I have Laura's voice to keep me going. I don't think that I would do it with just music, I need that other person with me!

Thanks. I definitely need the 'other person' but the music helps on the gaps.

Is it just me or do you find yourself singing along?

Only in my head at this stage. Maybe when I can breath I'll sing out loud! Could be a bit of a shock as I run round the neighbourhood at 6:00am 😃
