Just finished W3 R1- found the3 minute runs hard but not as hard as I thought. Had to do a couple of 10 seconds of walking but I managed it better than I thought. That's 7 runs down now. Yay!
Now I need to address my eating better. It's not too bad as I'm half heartedly doing weight watchers but need to do better.

Well done, I found as the runs progressed my eating improved as I thought consciously a) I worked too hard to waste those calories and b) what the best food for energy for running would be. I seem to be eating a proper 'compost heap' for breakfast now with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds etc! Good luck
You might want to make sure that you do 3 sessions of Week 3 where you don't walk in run segments at all...so an extra one perhaps? Depends what you mean by 10 seconds 'walking'. If you feel you are getting to that point then slow right, right down... it's about the running motion not the speed. Taking smaller (even tiny if you're near the end of a run section) steps may well help too.
