Hi all just finished Wk 8 R 3 and still here to tell the tale one more week and then the world's my lobster Rodders'. Still find it difficult to comprehend that in such a short time that I'm running for such a distance but what can't speak can't lie so to speak looking forward to graduating. Had my first slight stitch today which I suppose isn't so bad after all the weeks that have been run.
