Took me 5 hours to get out of the door (procrastinating is my speciality) but I only went and DID IT!!! I graduated! Thankyou to all of the Wise Ones on the forum for the words of advice and support I have needed to get me through. You lot on here are a remarkable bunch of people and I plan on staying around as my next target is 5K and I may need some of your help to get there. Looking forwards to the weekend. Hugs to all😃

Actually, I just finished the mowing! The joys of a cordless mower, it's just like a brisk walk up and down the garden and it's done ! This running thing gives me much more energy 🏃
