Thanks for all your amazing support, I went and smashed my penultimate run like you said would! I'm planning my graduation run for Monday. The way I feel now nothing can stop me. My first post on here was about how to improve my speed. I listened to your advice and stopped thinking about speed and concentrated on stamina. Well to my amazement my speed today was a lot quicker than I realised and I ran 3km in 30 mins. This is a huge improvement for me and it means I can start to think about a parkrun.
