Up early in the morning, in the north easterly wind, low grey cloud and drizzle. I was determined to finish w6 and it was ok until 20mins, but the last 5 mins was torture, I was running up a little incline and just had to walk for a short bit, then finished the 25 mins. I still find it's amazing that I can actually do this...and the sun is just starting to come out through the cloud. At long last!!
