Right positives I just completed week 4 run 2 even though I didn't stretch properly, calf now has a twinge so I will stretch out properly after my shower and food. Run done though... Breathing still tough ... But I did it even though I could have easily said sod it
Fellow runners I desperately need distraction techniques ... What music are people listening too, wasn't going too .... Today my psycho ex sent the police and an ambulance to my house ... Tried running saying I hate you lol
It doesn't work need music to distract

I'm still running to Laura but when the time comes 'Yes' by McAlmont and Butler will be on my list... good luck with the psycho-ex - I trust the police know... (heavy I know but these things are important)
Police got involved today reluctantly as I'm hoping it doesn't make matters worse... Will try to put this on my shuffle as can't and won't lower myself to run again repeating I hate you over and over
Good luck, you did the right thing. What's A Matter Baby by Ellen Foley is also going on my play list (also an in your face, **** you anthem, do you see a theme here?)
I've got a great running playlist (including "I Bet You Look Good on the Dance Floor" and "I'm Sexy and I Know It"!) but I also like listening to Alan Bennett's Talking Heads plays on my iPod. If I'm running to music I keep thinking "must keep running until the end of this track/halfway through the next track" but I find plays hold my attention better and I don't focus on how much longer I've got to run (I'm on week 4). Radio 4 have some good programmes on their iPlayer list.
