stecal gave me the buying bug. Went to the shopping centre today, accidently walked past the sporting section and came home with this. Aren't they cute ? only 4kg each, fashionable colour. I am more of a blue person but lime green will do.

Oh no Sparky, it was just for the picture.

They have found their specific spot, on a shelf under the stairs, next to the shoes. Like that, I see them a couple of times a day

Yes Sparky, just had a look. As they said : impressive . This is what I want, and I am going to get it. Watch this space in a few months time......

Did it take you three months, three times a day? And how many time each time? And what weight? And sitting down and from waist level to up? And up to how far? Or standing up and just swinging from the elbow? As Nick said, watch out for those ceiling lights....

Lol questions so many.. sorry I just used my 2.5kg dumbbell. Raised arm elbow pointing up towards celing raisied arm to ceiling..15 reps then ten reps with same arm just lifting from shoulder to ceiling 10 reps.. and repeat with other arm.. you may have to start with less reps to begin with a d build up gradually.. yes 3 times a day.. but please look into proper use on your own.. would hate to be THE cause of any injuries!!! Good luck :)

Thanks for this, it sounds simple. I can do this. As advised I will also check the net.

Quiet house now, husband and dog having an early night so decided to play with my new lime green toys.

Lifting them standing up is very very easy.

But when lifting them sitting down I find my tummy and top of my tights are tensing up, so it also works on other muscles. This should fit in beautifully with any training for running.
