Hi everyone! I just finish my w8r2, that on my app is 30 minutes. I got to finish but I ran only 3,57 km.

Any advice to learn to go faster? πŸ™‚

Goodnight from your slow italian friend!

My graduation run of 30 minutes was 3.7 km, so I ran at about the same speed as you.

I graduated very recently and haven't started working on my speed yet, I want to get to a comfortable 5k before I start working on improving my speed, so no god advice from me, just reassurance that the Dane is as slow as the Italian.

Thank you IbenCopenhagen! πŸ™‚

My next goal is to run 5 km, than I will try to go faster. I will repeat the 30 minutes run three times to say I am graduated. Can't wait! πŸ€—

Many of us are not very fast at graduation. Many are not very fast 3 months later and some of us will probably never be fast! The main thing is to get out there and enjoy running. You will see improvement over time, but it may be slow. At the moment you should just be concentrating on time. You're nearly there, well done for getting so far!

Your speed will improve given time, as the others have its all about running for a given amount of time at the moment.

Take it slow and try and enjoy the ride πŸ˜€
