I have run more than a 100 miles (107 to be precise) this month. I see all the benefits of it. From not being able to run for a minute I can now run an hour non stop without much difficulty. And all it takes is one step at a time, one foot in front of another. So keep going guys whatever ur target is, it's not impossible. One step at a time.
And yes I have reduced 9 kgs, 75 now from 84 in March
