All done!

I started the program before the cowslips and finished with the campion and cowparsley. I had my graduation run this morning and saw a deer in the blue flax field. I would never have got up for a walk early in the morning, so it's been a real gift to enjoy the time while feeling my fitness improve.

The veg plot's got a few more weeds and the kids have probably missed a couple of baths, but it's been more than worth it. Good luck to everyone starting out, best thing I've done in a long while!

Congratulations - welcome to the start of the 'rest of your life' running plan! Brilliant - and keep moving :-).

Have you decided what you graduation reward and future plans are?

Thanks. I think I'll keep up the 3 runs a week and increase one of them up to 10k over the summer. I'm currently arguing with myself over whether or not I'd like a heart monitor (I'm cringing to admit it)! I'm really poor at pacing myself and I'm curious to see how hard I 'should' be pushing myself. Maybe I'll try and borrow one. Do people lend sweaty chest straps out?- probably not!

Also, must buy some summer weight kit - all this black stuff's starting to swelter.

Huge congratulations ! Graduate... badge is looking good!

Weeds... they are always around, kids, they look great grubby! You, brilliant!

Your run sounds delightful! Keep posting! Will look forward to see where your running journey takes you next!

BTW, just noticed your pikkie.. where are you climbing?

Thanks! That was a walk to Lud's Church in Staffs in the Peaks. It's a large natural crevice, very atmospheric, well worth a trip if you're in that part of the world.

Been there loads... :) Yeay!!!!

I live about 30 mins away from the Roaches.. did all my initial climbing there :) Happy days... My husband broke my ribs there when we first were courting...we did a climb, I fell.. oops! ( just hemp ropes back then.. a new one... ping). My mother said he was too rough for me to go out with again! I married him! :)

Got some great photos of Lud's Church... some in the late Autumn and some really spooky ones too! We even saw snow in the back of the small cave there.. in June! ( the one as you go through the gap , just on the right...) :)

How funny, you must've subconsciously recognised the rock. There's romance! We visited in February, had some great walks. The kids were especially enchanted with Lud's Church. You lucky thing!

I used to take my children there.. we picnicked at the rocks just by the entrance in front of the tree that hides the gap... my children loved it too... next time you are this way...let me know!
