So last night I did Week 6 R3 which on my app is 15 min run, 3min walk, 5 min run. When I started running I thought I'm not going to be able to do this today. Anyway eventually got into a good rhythm and when it was time for the 3min walk I carried on running!! So I ran solidly for 23 mins (it was about 3K) I can't believe it! Woohoo! This program works! πŸƒπŸƒ
