Memo to self...

I had some outdoor work to complete here so I had to decide which to do first, that or my run. Memo to self, don't try and run for30 mins just after an hour or so of shifting concrete to build new steps up to house. Got round but there was nothing in the tank when I finished and for the first time in weeks my hips hurt. I was going so slowly I got overtaken by small toddlers playing in the park.

I also have to report a physical distortion that has happened. I now seem to have a small bump on each of my upper arms. Guess sitting watching telly for the last week while doing bicep curls with a 4 kilo dumbbell is having some effect. Now to work on the underside and try and conquer the bingo wings....

If you find a bingo wing cure let me know! I've had a day of carting bags of sand and cement today too, its a useful workout! I also often have hay bale ,feed bag and s***t shovelling workouts too! But will take your advice and not run directly afterwards! Also on the physical distortion theme, I found rather odd contours when shaving my legs! I believe I may be getting muscle definition! How did that happen?!

Me too! I wondered what the strange lumps on the back of my lower legs were πŸ˜‚

I'm finding it doesn't take as long to shave my legs.... Seems to be less of them (legs that is, not fuzz)

Not noticed that myself, maybe it's a post 9 week thing πŸ˜‚

If you can find an easy way to get rid of bingo wings let me know!

I've been lugging rockery stones around today... how odd and how busy we runners are!!!

Toddlers run really fast, as do many small persons... years of trying to catch a miscreant on the play yard when I taught, has shown me that!!!

Now... strangely, my bingo wings have almost gone and I put it down to Laura's ..."your arms should just brush your sides" bit... that, and when she says use your arms to drive you along.. I really go for it! Need all the propulsion I can get :)

You sound busy. Impressed with your arm bumps. No sign of them on my arms though. I suppose running doesn't really do much for the upper body.

Well it has started to trim them down, but I wanted to find an upper body workout so therefore the weights.
