After many attempts at running outside I've finally managed to run at a speed I can maintain, it's incredibly slow (but faster than what I do on the treadmill) and I only ran 2.5 km but I'm really chuffed that I managed it.

Well done Ruby! Much better running outdoors. And nothing wrong with slow, slow is good and distance is irrelevant! ;-))
Nice work! You'll appreciate the change of scenery. Doesn't matter how fast or slow you go, only that you're out there.
See, Rubes, you can do this. That graduation badge is so within your grasp because you are focussing on the right things and not worrying about speed or distance. The most important thing is you are enjoying it. You are going to nail this.
Hi ithinkican, not sure if I'll get a graduation badge, I'm still running but I'm not doing the couch25K anymore. Hoping to be ready to run a 5k race at the end of June.

Well, even if you follow a different programme or you just "play by ear", when you can run for 30 minutes three times in a week, you are a graduate.
Well, whether you ditch C25K and decide to do your own thing, you'll still get bags of support on this forum. Good luck for the end of June !
