I graduate on Friday and then have a 5k charity run on the following Saturday so I suppose I'll do another week with Laura in my ear, maybe go a bit longer as I'm still a tiny bit short of the 5k within the podcasts.
What do people do once they've hit the goal they set out??
I plan to keep running for fitness reasons (I've a toddler I want to be around for, hence me doing this in the first place) but not sure if I want to start looking at longer distances, a C25k-2-10k for example.
Kind of dreading finishing the race I signed up for because I won't have a goal in place!!

Well done for sticking at it - if you are just a bit short of the 5K then you're doing really well! And special brownie points for managing to get the programme done with a toddler in the equation...
Everyone is different, but I think most of us came back to needing some kind of goal to aim for after a while. I did very much the same as you describe for a while, with three 5K runs a week, before deciding to sign up for a 10k and gradually building up my distance. If you need a goal, then set yourself one - even if it's ticking off three tuns a week on your fridge door. Enjoy your graduation run!
It's exciting- good luck- but quite difficult to choose after a structured regime.
After advice from the forum I decided to consolidate with a minimum of 3x 30 min runs for the first 4-6 weeks.
I kept Laura and the week 9 podcast with me for 2 weeks but then went with my own music. I'm in my 6th week post-grad and it actually has been 3 runs a week with 5k minimum.
I've also ran on to 3x7 k's, 1x10k and 1x8k.
I've joined a Facebook running group too and have entered a 10k race (it's not until September).
I'm liking the idea of 'just running' for a year or so, entering the odd real or virtual race to get some bling and just seeing what happens
Always a difficult time post graduation, what comes next is really a personal choice the simple fact of running 3 times a week is what the program is all about , where it leads is open to you
Graduate, run your 5k race then see ☺ the main thing is to enjoy it whatever you do 😊
