My second run after graduating and I went for the "5k". Did it in 37mins, 19 secs. Really pleased with myself. Didn't run 9weeks ago, look at me now :-). The "C25K" programme really does work - it's great !!

Hi, it will get easier, just take your time . Some runs feel harder than others but just accept it and move on to the next. Every time you complete a run you're a step nearer to your goal and your confidence will build. It's a great feeling as you improve and remember that you are doing this for yourself. I really thought I couldn't run before this programme, I have since proved that I was wrong and that i can. Good luck and enjoy your achievements x
