I had scheduled to run this morning and wasn't motivated enough I feel really cross with myself. Tomorrow I am going to go early as soon as I am up and around, no excuses!!

That's the worst thing about not going for a run because you feel you have let yourself down. Remember ANY run is better than NO run. Get out there and do it ! Tough love, you know you can...

It's a beautiful morning (at least here it is) - so no excuses! You'll be so glad that you did it afterwards!

You know, my biggest hurdle in training (and during training) was that bit between my ears. You wouldn't believe the excuses it concocted or the times it told me to stop running and walk for a bit - nobody would know! Once you get your brain trained or put in its place the body follows.
I have had to pick up my bike, not cycled much and it was a four mile cycle up hill!! Thighs feel like jelly. OH said not to run today
This forum keeps me on it.
Reading other peoples progress and knowing that others have followed me, and are expecting me to complete the next run. I have to do it to post it 😁 LOL sounds daft but it's working for me.
