Have just completed week 6 this evening.  Was like a drowned rat before I even started the run, but we did it, 25 minutes without stopping!

Thank you, I'm in West Oxfordshire and it really chucked it down tonight!  Was glad of the rain, I think it made it easier, was a nice distraction.  A van drove past and splashed us - like that made a difference - haha! :-D

Well done!  Much better to run in tonight's rain than the weekend's heat!  I managed to complete W5 tonight; I don't think I'd have been able to in the baking heat.

Cool, so you've done the 20 min run tonight - nice one, that's a milestone for sure :-)  We ran on Sunday and that was just silly - I didn't need to worry about warming down though :-D
