Just posting this to see if I have my badge! Since graduating I have had to have a week on the IC. then I re-ran 20, 25, 28 minute runs to try and get my calves sorted. Have managed to get 5k+ Podcasts and now ready to launch into those. Thanks to those of you who replied to my previous request for help to get the podcasts.
