I would start where you left off but take it real slow.
If during the run it becomes a struggle and you have to take a walk break then drop back a week.
Start where you left off and slow and steady does it Just listen to your body
I feel a bit dumb but I gotta ask.... What's the 'IC'? I keep seeing people mention it and googling it only comes up with urinary troubles, seems there's a lot of it about!
