Hi lovely peeps - I can't believe I actually joined this mad gang at the beginning of February but had some technical difficulties (in that I'm rubbish with it!) and then after only getting to the second week I got that horrible cold/flu/sicky bug just about everyone had and could hardly breath enough to walk let alone run in between the coughing fits! Then when I got back out there again and had done a few more runs I didn't realise the pods hadn't downloaded properly and although my phone said I was progressing through the weeks/days I was actually still doing the week one challenges!! I know, I know a complete numbskull - and I did think, hummm when is Laura going to tell me to do something different haha! So I recon I did week one for about 2 1/2 weeks! Mind you I can't say it's done me any harm because I have to admit that very first run nearly killed me - FORTY SECONDS was all I could run (and of course when I say run what I actually mean is 'stagger') - loving reading all your stories

Hope all the problems are ironed out now so you can move forward.
Never mind, a bit of consolidation never does any harm!
