Inclement weather has moved our 5K to Saturday, May 14th, 2016
Bummer, I was really looking forward to this! I may or may not be here for the May 14th date. Pushing ahead. Left thigh femoris is feeling good. Hopefully I can run on Saturday at the track. If not, I'll continue longer and longer jogs until I can run and pick back up at week 4 of my Run a 5K Training app. No turning back.
