Couch to 5K (2011) to Rio´s Marathon (2016)
I began to run in 2011 with the mp3 audios from Couch to 5k. In 2012, I won my first medal running 5K.
Last Sunday, May 29th, I finished my 1st Marathon in 6h10'55".

Please tell us more about your marathon - I can't really imagine being on my feet for 6 hours in a marathon ( even though there have been times when I have "walked around" for 6 hours or more. ) I can only think that it is because even when we have no finishing time pressure - we really really do deep down inside have a finishing time!! ???
