Just browsing... watching torrential rain....saw this...and after I saw one article.. well.. you know me..

 and this...

I know I sometimes do run backwards, very slowly and in a safe place... when my legs get tired..but then I do lots of odd things.. :)

I've walked backwards up mountains to save my aching calves - but this is new! Interesting! So who's going to be incorporating this into their training plan?

Haha! I once belonged to a gym where a certain member of the royal family was a member too. I remember he tried running backwards on a treadmill and let's just say what happened next wasn't pretty........

I have some great stories! Oooh good luck with the running backwards. I walk backwards for very short distances when warming up. I've read that it stretches the calves. Nice weather here. Sun but lots of cloud too.
