Sub-25 min at parkrun for the first time this morning. A bit too much wind and a bit too much running on grass for my liking but I'm really pleased with the time and the position.

The lad who was just behind me was in some sort of toga set-up... presumably Julius Caesar.

That's brilliant, I will be pleased when I get to 30 mins, managed 31.53 today and was very chuffed with that, you are super speedy.

I have to mention a woman who did her first parkrun today in Stratford... she was in the VW85-89 category!
