30 minutes NON STOP !!!

The climate was very good today with a cool breeze all the while. I felt good physically and mentally. Was doing the Week 7 Run 2 today which is supposed to be 25 minutes. In the end I had more left in me so continued running for 30 minutes. I felt I could even complete the 5k but didn't want to over do as I don't want to be on IC anytime soon.

From not being able to run for 60s I am able to do 30 minutes now without much of a struggle. Thanks everyone for the support.

well done! I did the same on wk7 r3 and haven't done less than 30 minutes since, its still such a pleasant surprise to realise that we can do this running lark!
