I've been a follower for a while, but this is the first time I've posted. I've just completed W5R3 - what an amazing feeling! Reading all your posts really encouraged me to carry on with the programme this time round. Thanks!

Nice to meet you. It's so brilliant when you complete that first 20 minute run,  almost as good as graduation. Well done. Keep running and keep posting.
